A. Art and music is an international business. We regularly advise many different types of clients (individuals, companies, venues, musicians, DJs and bands) from all over the world. We have advised artists in the US, most of Europe including the UK, The Middle East and Australia.
Q. Do I really need a contract, won't a handshake do?
A. In many cases a handshake will do just fine. As either the artist or musician becomes more successful, money becomes involved. In our experience the more money involved, the more important the need for proper formal contractual relationships.

A. We regularly advise on passing down art from generation to generation. provenance of high value work, insurance valuations and disputes, loan of art, ownership disputes and copyright and trademark registration or infringement.

A. We advise record companies, producers, artists, authors, publishers and venues.
Q. Do you advise publishers, authors, playwriters, fashion designers, advertising agencies, actors and film production companies?
A. Yes we do, we have worked with on some large advertising campaigns for Mars, Coca Cola and many other leading brands. We have also worked on TV shows and films.
